I’m TJ — a brand-first designer working with founders and B2B teams to build brands that are designed to grow.

I’ve spent most of my career working in-house and alongside businesses as they’ve launched, evolved, and scaled. That experience shapes how I approach this work — with a focus on clarity, delivery, and long-term thinking rather than surface-level design.
